I am having huge problems trying to download freestyle auto assist. On the page with the download link when I click on to it, it transfers me to the page explaining the meter. I am using Widows eleven, and other servers I have tried ie. Google . Microsoft Edge, Opera, etc to download the software next it displays the page where a report can be printed out, but placing the cursor to print a report nothing happens. Microsoft has checked my computer and they tell me they can find nothing, to stop the page from printing a report. So I can only assume the problem is at Freestyles end. my previous computer having Windows Ten I could print reports, something is very wrong when other servers act exactly the same.I would appreciate any assistance Freestyle Abbot can provide.
Robert Lee, I'm having the same problems with the software from the official freestyle website across multiple devices, operating sytem and browsers. A site like this one may well provide a copy for you to download, we don't know if it's genuine.
Tim, I have win11 also and the software is only reading the single earliest data point on the meter. But all date are there on the meter Log. Optium Neo purchased late October 2023. Any ideas ?
